We take our process seriously and ensure that anyone who joins our program is a candidate set up for success. While skillsets can help, we look for those with the attitude and behaviors that can be developed into a top tier leader.
Training
The second step in our process and we pride ourselves on the quality of this step. We use the name Be Interactive to be up front about us wanting to make genuine face to face connections with our team and clients. During training you will learn the tools and actually use them before completing training.
Development
There are so many moments that matter in becoming the best you can be. While training the skills we also work on the thought processes and mindset for success. Having the correct mentality leads to great decision-making.
